Medical/Dental/Life/Disability Insurance: Essential StaffCare, designed specifically for the staffing industry is available to temporary personnel and provides true medical coverage including $15 copay, prescription drug plan and hospitalization. A individual can enroll for less than $22.00 per week. Optional vision, life and short term disability also available at low costs. Paid Leave/Holidays: A specific number of designated Paid Leave Days will be identifiedprior to working at a clients facility. Paid leave time varies by client, therefore the Paid Leave option will be determined prior commencement of the position. Most assignments include pay for the six major holidays.
Employee Referral Program: If you are a JH temporary personnel, you can earn a cash award of $50.00 for every referral that is hired and completes a minimum of 160 hours.It is as easy as contacting your recruiter.Give them your name and your friends name and contact information.If your referral is hired, upon completion of 160 hours, you will receive a $50 award in your paycheck.
401(k) Savings Plan: All assignments have the option to join our 401(k) Savings Plan at the end of one year of continuous employment. The employee can contribute up to a maximum of $15,500 ($20,500 if age 50+)
