2.   For each position, the Account Manager will present the specific desired responsibilities and qualifications to the recruiting team. JH will customize each search for your current specifications.  All of our Recruiters are trained on the Right Measurements for sourcing and screening candidates in order to provide you the most qualified individuals.

3.   From there, our Recruiters will get to work matching their network of candidates with your positions.  They’ll select individuals who not only have the skills and qualifications you desire, but who also have the right personality traits and work style to complement your team.

4. Once ideal candidates have been identified, resumes will be submitted for your review.

Throughout the process, your Account Manager will keep in close contact, overseeing the search process to ensure all positions are filled to your satisfaction.
