We offer Flexible Terms to Match Your Staffing Needs
Contract or Contract-to-Permanent When short-term or project-based staffing needs arise, hiring a JH contract employee gives you a flexible solution. After finding a candidate that meets your approval, that employee then works at your company through JH Staffing.
We assume responsibility all payroll administration, taxes, worker’s compensation claims, and unemployment claims.
You select the right candidate for the position, then receive a weekly invoice based on the number of hours that employee works.
Benefits: Filling positions on a contract-to-hire basis gives you an opportunity to evaluate performance and reliability before committing to a permanent hire. Also, if your workload diminishes, you have the option of ending the assignment at any time.
Transition to Permanent Status: After completing a pre-determined contract period as a JH employee, the individual can either be hired directly into your company (no fee), or be retained as a contract employee for as long as you choose. If you wish to hire the individual prior to their contract period ending, there would be a sliding-scale transition fee, reflecting the length of time the employee has worked as a JH contractor.
Direct Placement JH recognizes the overwhelming number of resumes that can be received for just one position. That is why we stay on top by attracting the finest candidates and have invested heavily in the tools that will provide our clients with the best applicant base possible. By pre-screening the candidates for you, we save your company time and money that would normally be spent by numerous individuals trying to fill your staffing needs. In addition, you receive resumes that are targeted specifically for your company and your specific openings. Guarantee Policy: JH will provide a prorated guarantee, beginning on the employment start date, for any candidate that terminates or is terminated from his or her position of employment for any reason, except for a company-initiated reduction in workforce, elimination of the position or insufficient work for the candidate.
Master Vendor Partnering (MVP) JH will manage all of your company's temporary personnel and staffing needs. Our MVP Client will be assigned a dedicated on-site manager who serves as a direct link between JH and the MVP Company, offering a single point of contact and accountability.
Payrolling Services If your company requires the assistance of current or past employees but does not wish to be burdened with placing them on your payroll, JH will convert these employees to our payroll. We will be responsible for time card management, issuance of pay checks, paying all state and federal payroll taxes, year-end tax form issuance, and unemployment taxes as well as worker's compensation fees.

E-Verify JH Staffing Services participates in the U.S Department of Homeland Security E-VERIFY program. All temporary employees must appear in person at JH'S office to sign the appropriate employment papers (i.e. temporary employment contract, w-4, i-9, workers compensation notices, etc.). Proper identification is required. Any staffing employee who does not have proper identification will not be permitted to work until the documents have been provided.
