Establishes candidate qualifications by developing knowledge, skill, and screening questions for each position; conducting screenings, interviews, and tests; exploring career options with candidates; examining college records; completing reference checks. Submit qualified candidates by summarizing qualifications; forwarding information to hiring manager. Extends employment offers; negotiating final terms with candidates; completing contracts.
