401(k) Savings Plan: Each employee has the option to join our 401(k) Savings Plan at the end of one year of continuous employment. The employee can contribute up to a maximum of $15,500 ($20,500 if age 50+). The employee may roll over previous employer's 401(k) money into JH's 401(k).
Paid Leave/Holidays: A specific number of designated Paid Leave Days will be identifiedupon acceptance of an offer of employment. Paid leave time varies by contract, therefore the Paid Leave option will be determined at the beginning of the employment.
Employee Referral Program: If you are a JH employee, you can earn a cash award of $50.00 for every referral that is hired and completes a minimum of 160 hours.It is as easy as contacting your recruiter.Give them your name and your friends name and contact information.If your referral is hired, upon completion of 160 hours, you will receive a $50 award in your paycheck.
