ONLINE TIME REPORTING Payroll Procedure JH TECHNICAL SERVICES takes great care to safeguard that your paycheck is completed in an accurate and timely manner. However, it can not be done without the help of our temporary employees. To insure that your paycheck is produced properly, please use the following guidelines outlined below.Thank you for your cooperation! Time-card COMPLETION Enter Hours worked- Write the times physically worked accurately and legibly in spaces provided, cross out days not worked, and total your hours in spaces provided (LEAVE HOLIDAYS BLANK OR DENOTE WITH LETTER "H" UNLESS PHYSICALLY WORKED, JH WILL TAKE CARE OF THIS) Fill Out Time-card Completely- fill in all the boxes as described above, double check for accuracy and PLEASE DON'T FORGET TO SIGN IT. Supervisor Signature-Your supervisor must sign in the space marked "Customer Signature" and fill in the space marked "Title". (We cannot release your check until we receive your time-card signed by BOTH you and your supervisor.) Pay period - SUNDAY through SATURDAY. We cannot stress enough the importance of filling out your time-card completely each week! Time-card SUBMISSION Submit Your Time-card-When your workweek has finished, complete your time-card as described above, and have it signed by your approved supervisor. Signed time-card must be received by 12:00pm on Mondays. Any signed time-card received AFTER 12:00pm will be paid in the following week's payroll. Faxing your time-card- A signed fax copy will be accepted to prepare and release your check, if it is received prior to 12:00 p. m. on Mondays. If you fax, please confirm receipt by calling us at (412) 788-1174 during business hours. Online time submittal- please enter your name and hours worked for the past week. Be sure to do this prior to the 12:00 p.m. deadline on Mondays.You must have YOUR SUPERVISOR CONTACT US (preferably email) TO VERIFY HOURS for your time to be accepted and a check prepared.This will not release your check!If you submit time online an authorized signed time-card is required by Wednesday for your paycheck to be released.If a signed timecard is not received your direct deposit will be reversed and a live check will be made and held until verification of hours are provided. Calling in hours- you may leave us a voice mail stating your name, client company location,and physical hours worked by Monday at 10:00 A.M.Once again a signed authorized time-card must be received by Wednesday for your paycheck to be released.This is required for you to receive your paycheck, otherwise your check will be held and direct deposits will be reversed. PAYMENT OPTIONS Payday is Friday and all checks will be mailed unless you contact the office for it to be held. You must call before Thursday to have your check held for you.We are open from 8:00am until 5:30pm M-F. When is the check mailed?Your check, along with a new time-card, will be mailed out Thursdays, granted we have received your authorized-signed time-card.The earliest that weekly checks are to be cashed or deposited is Friday. Direct Deposit- If you wish to have your check deposited directly into your bank account, you may fill out a Direct Deposit Request Form. Please return the completed form, along with a voided check to the Payroll Department for processing. Your direct deposit stub is mailed to you the same way a check is, on Thursdays along with a new time-card. How long does it take to set it up?Direct deposit are effective immediately on the following payday but we must receive prior to processing that week.Direct deposits are sent to your bank (a day prior to payday) for posting by Friday, granted we have received a signed authorized time-card. Please check with your bank for their posting times. All Banking Institutions have their own posting times.
Please fill out information below and submit to JH be sure to include your supervisors email so that we can have your manager verify hours worked. If not, your paycheck will be delayed until verification/signed timecard is received.

Employment Requirements
In compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of l986, JH TECHNICAL AND DATA SERVICES hires only legal workers; that is, persons who are citizens, persons lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence, or aliens authorized to be employed in the United States. Pursuant to the above, JH TECHNICAL AND DATA SERVICES will require documentation to verify your eligibility to work in the United States. JH Technical and Data Services participates in the U.S Department of Homland Security E-VERIFY program.All temporary employees must appear in person at JH TECHNICAL AND DATA’S office to sign the appropriate employment papers (i.e. temporary employment contract, w-4, i-9, workers compensation notices, etc.).Proper identification is required.Any staffing employee who does not have proper identification will not be permitted to work until the documents have been provided. Formerstaffing employees who are rehired must also complete the form if they have not completed an I9 with JH Technical within the past three years, or if their previous I9 is no longer retained or valid.The IRS will impose penalties to those who report false information.
Attendance
Attendance is an important part of your job performance. The company expects you to report to work on time on all scheduled workdays.You should make every effort to tend to personal business outside of working hours. In the event you must take time off for personal business, you must secure your supervisor's approval at Client assignment in advance and contact your recruiter for confirmation of client’s approval.Unexpected absences or tardiness must be reported to your supervisor as early as possible and contact JH for confirmation of your report off. Days missed and tardiness should also be reported to our office on the day it occurs. Should it be necessary for you to miss more than one day, you must call in every day unless you have notified us, as well as your supervisor, of this fact in advance. Repeated absenteeism or repeated tardiness constitutes grounds for dismissal. Failure to report off work will be assumed a self-cancellation and effect your rights to unemployment compensation.You will not be paid for days/hours which are not physically worked. Change of Information
It is important that we always have your current address and phone number, both at home and at work, and a number to be used in the event of an emergency. Therefore, when any of the above information changes, notify our office immediately.

401(k) Savings Plan: All assignments have the option to join our 401(k) Savings Plan at the end of one year of continuous employment. The employee can contribute up to a maximum of $15,500 ($20,500 if age 50+)
