In compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of l986, JH STAFFING SERVICES hires only legal workers; that is, persons who are citizens, persons lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence, or aliens authorized to be employed in the United States. Pursuant to the above, JH will require documentation to verify your eligibility to work in the United States.
JH participates in the U.S Department of Homeland Security E-VERIFY program. All temporary employees must appear in person at JH'S office to sign the appropriate employment papers (i.e. temporary employment contract, w-4, i-9, workers compensation notices, etc.).Proper identification is required.Any staffing employee who does not have proper identification will not be permitted to work until the documents have been provided. Formerstaffing employees who are rehired must also complete the form if they have not completed an I9 with JH within the past three years, or if their previous I9 is no longer retained or valid.The IRS will impose penalties to those who report false information.
