Establishes candidate qualifications by developing knowledge, skill, and screening questions for each position; conducting screenings, interviews, and tests; exploring career options with candidates; examining college records; completing reference checks. Extends employment offers; negotiating final terms with candidates; completing contracts. Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records. Salary plus commission.
